TomTom, listening to music and iPhone 3.1

I have the TomTom app and ever since the 3.1 update if I listen to music while using TomTom the music does not unpause after a voice guidance announcement is made.

This used to work fine before the 3.1 update. The music would pause, play the voice guidance prompt, then unpause the music resuming from where it left off.

Any ideas?

sounds like tomtom needs an update, that or apple have borked the ipod app somehow, which would follow with the podcast ordering bug highlighted on the tipb news
