Writing a post on my blog, got a question on att bill and upgrade date

I'm trying to figure out how the monthly bill equates to the upgrade date. I have looked at upgrades based on $110, $90, and $40 (part of family plan) monthly bills, but would really like to know when someone with the basic (no text or anything) $70 ($40 voice + $30 date) plan is eligible for upgrade.

UPDATE: I'm looking for the pre-tax amount of your bill, not the total.

I think it is 18 months. I have unlimited text and 1350 minutes, so mine was 12 months.

How much is your bill before taxes? My portion of a family plan (as the main line) is $110 a month and I got the 12 months like you.

I think the same. Maybe $100 is the magic number? I have no idea...
