I finalied fixed it.... it would not let me power down... It first started trying to "Unlock" By sliding the bar not unlocking the sim... Anyway it is fixed now.... but when it was not letting me power down or slide the slider... It was just showing my background snowboarder and the slider... screens below has this happend to anyone... i eventaully just let my phone die on battery...
