Dots/Cracks around back of iPhone 3G

I was wondering if any one has dots/cracks all around the back of their iPhone 3G? Also if any one knows how to get rid of them.

New phone I hope? Take it back. Sounds like a pixel problem and a cracked screen?

OOOOH. I see I did not read carefully. The BACK of the phone.....hmmm. Got me. But if it is new and I'm not happy with it, I'd exchange it.
