Sort of an odd question

So I just recently won an iPhone 12 as part of a contest. I'm trying to sell it, but want to be sure the person buying it won't have any problems activating it on their account. I mean, I won it so what I do with it shouldn't matter. I did email the company, just waiting for their response.

As long as you have signed out of iCloud, the other person won’t have any issues with the device. Just make sure to Erase All Contents and Settings before selling.

This was a device that was still sealed and never used.

Then nobody will have any issues activating that device.
