When should I get in line for iPad 2 in SF??

Hey guys,

So I'm planning to get in line at the San Francisco Apple Store on Friday morning. I called the store and they suggested 4-5 hours lead time...but somehow I don't think that's enough. I've never done an Apple line before so I have no idea what to expect. Not only that, but this is San Francisco...perhaps one of the busiest Apple stores in the world and I'm sure it'll be a zoo. Anyone had any experience? Thanks!
