Help Please

Have synced my iPad to my pc
Went to download the ios4.2 it downloaded then it said that it timed out or something tried it a few more times it still won't let upgrade have been trying to do this for about a month and getting angry now
Also when I want to go into iTunes it keeps putting me to the app store why is this love my iPad but at the mo aim getting a bit cheesed off
Please if anyone can help me i will love you forever

Are you sure this device you even own is an iPad?

What does "timed out or something mean"? Vague...

Help us help you, We need more info. Like touchyphone said, I'm sure the error message doesn't say "time out or something".

Have you tried updating it from another computer?
