iOS 4.2.1 upgrade

So I installed the leaked 4.2 a while back and now that 4.2.1, the official GM realase is out I decided to do a back up, restore and do an upgrade from 3.2, but it wont let me restore back to 3.2 and being on the old 4.2 wont let me upgrade to 4.2.1

Any ideas on how I can fix this?

You have to restore as new.

UPDATE: Nope. I tried doing that twice. Its still stuck on 4.2 with bulid verison 8C134

You need to use shift (option on mac) + restore and manually choose the new firmware...

is there a download link for 4.2.1 since itunes is saying its the latest version when clearly its not.
