Since it's s/w, there's no reason it can't support both uses.

If the IPad Pro wads oriented towards professional uses, It would have at least one more port usable by the user. This port could be USB 3, for example.

I want to DeX my IPP 10.5 and use it with monitor k/b and mouse. But it likely needs 6-7GB to run properly.

Windows 10 on SnapDragon 855 or 1000, seems to be a thing, why not iOS?

A stylus more like S-Pen or one my Tab S3 uses.

iOS ification has been going on now for years and 10.14 even more so.
