iPhone 7.03 - I want to save my 7.03 SHSH blobs before I update

what do I do? If there is a thread or link you can point me to, that would be great.

Also, can I restore an iPhone already on 7.04 and save it's SHSH blobs?

You can save the current SHSH blobs regardless of the iOS you're running. In fact, those are the only blobs you can save. Ie, if you're on 4.2, you can still only save 7.x (6.x on 3gs).

Be advised, unless you're on the 4, these blobs may never be useful to you. There wasn't an exploit on 6.x for anything 4s or newer.

It's unlikely. That's not to say it's impossible. Devs never found an exploit to bring the 5 back to prior ios6.x builds during the last year. It's possible, but I wouldn't rely on that being an option.
