    Can anyone tell me,if i buy a idevice and its preinstalled with ios6 can i jailbreak it ,straight out of box,without updating it,thanks

    Yep, as long as it's not on iOS 6.1.3. I highly doubt it would be on the software version though, given it just got pushed out today.
