Want to remove profile from iTunes Wi-Fi Sync

So, I was having difficulty updating to iOS 5 on my desktop PC last night, so I tried it on my laptop PC. I use my desktop for my iTunes library, my wife uses the laptop for hers. Anyhow, the laptop worked for the update, but did not sync any of the apps, music, etc. I plugged my phone in to my desktop today and got everything squared away, but now my phone wants to "wi-fi sync" with both the laptop and desktop. How can I remove the laptop profile to prevent my phone from syncing with it? Any ideas? Thanks everyone.
