I was trying to jailbreak my new verizon iphone with OS 4.2.6 on my mac with Greenpoison. I followed the instructions on how to put it in DFU mode and it was in the process of jailbreaking until Greenpoision crashed. I was able to restore my iphone but i am now afraid of attempting again lol...any reason as to why greenpoison crashed in the middle of jailbreaking?

With technlology, anything can crash at anytime. iTunes crashed on me restoring my phone once. Just get back up and try it again

I used greenpois0n on both my VZW iphone yesterday as soon as i got them. With windows you can never tell what makes what crash. I agree with Garz, go for it again, just make sure you've got it backed up if you haven't allready.

Are you by chance on a University network or a network that has a proxy? Mine kept crashing because something blocked Greenposi0n from going out and downloading a file.

I had to use a network that isn't restricted.
