How to get proswitcher to work on double home press

When I just hit home once proswitcher comes up. I would like it so it's double press when it comes up. And one press to go to the apps screen. On the Activator settings under "Anywhere" I have it set to double home but it's not working like that. What settings do I need to change?

And when I do double press home it works the same as single press home, proswitcher just comes up.
