Trojan in spirit download?

I just tried to download the Spirit jailbreak from Spirit, and McAfee detected a trojan within the download:

McAfee has automatically blocked and removed a Trojan.

About this Trojan
Detected: Artemis!6827DC549C4D (Trojan), Artemis!6827DC549C4D (Trojan)

Has anybody else found something suspicious in this download? Thanks!

I've scanned the file with AVG, Kaspersky, Avast, and Nod32 and I don't get a hit. It's quite possible McAfee is giving you a false positive.

The running joke around work is, install Norton or McAfee if you actually want a virus.

Install Norton and it will remove McAfee as a virus - and viceversa.

antivir.com also reports it as a virus but its not. Disable antivirus while using spirit.
