New Iphone 3.1.3 baseband 5.12.1

Hi I want to unlock my new iphone which came with

iphone version and base band :Iphone 3.1.3 baseband 5.12.1

Is unlock and jailbreak is available?

I am using at&t only so if jail break is availbale its good

If it's a 3GS you are out of luck.

If it's a 3G you can downgrade to 3.1.2 and jailbreak.
