The original author took it out because many people were copying him without his permition... and now charges a fee via paypal

Ahh, disregard. I got lucky and in my infinite wisdom, copied the entire theme via SSH to one of my laptops.

*phew*

Though, this theme is so kickass, I would pay for it.
