Quick question with jailbreaking

sorry if this was posted, i looked in the forums and couldnt seem to find it. after jailbreakin, when i go sync my iphone to itunes will it delete anything and would i lose my jailbroken apps? again sorry if this was asked already

also any suggestions on jailbroken apps besides winterboard and bosspref?

Your normal apps will sync just fine, but it does not backup jailbroken apps or their data.

Nope all the jailbroke apps are blind to iTunes.
