Can't Find Winterboard in Cydia/Sections....

I am very new to cydia. I have been directed to Cydia/Sections to find Winterboard so I can use its themes, but its not there. What am I doing wrong?

I'm using iPhone 3GS version 3.0
Redsn0w 8.0 Jailbreak

If you download a theme it should automatically download winterboard.

I see, I downloaded a theme and it did nothing. I rebooted and whatnot and still nothing.

OOO you edited it you are using a iPhone 3GS winterboard does not work with iPhone 3GS.

That explains a lot. Meant to add 3GS to the reply also. Anyway, Would you happen to know what IS compatible with 3GS?

Winterboard was updated to work with the 3GS yesterday.

Instead of looking in sections...just search for winterboard, or look in the featured Packages.
