How to remove Jailbreak without restoring

I want to update my iPhone to IOS 9.3.3 but I cannot because it it jailbroken, I tried restoring my phone today to factory settings to get rid of it and after 6 hours I found out that it won't restore because it is jailbroken. Is there an app or something to get rid of Cydia and jailbreak overall I need to update asap.

Put your iPhone in DFU mode, connect to iTunes and restore it. There is no other way to unjailbreak it.
