Make sure you're logged in to the iTunes & App Store and to iCloud. Your I oils should eventually sync back to your device. As for your .pdf files, I don't know.

You can re-download those purchased books, and if there are some imported PDFs, try third-party recovery software. One tip: If you decide to use a third-party software to recover files, to avoid that part of memory being occupied by other data, it's recommended to do it ASAP.
