Anyway to bypass passcode to reset iPhone on iOS 9?

I was setting up my iPhone. I put in a passcode twice. The same one I have been using for years. I had to do a backup and restore via iTunes because iCloud won't work. Well here I am trying to get in my phone and the passcode doesn't work. Now I have a new phone I can't use. Obviously I typed it wrong twice which is weird but I guess I did. Anyway to reset this and start anew?

I posted this in the question forum but no one is there so I am repairing here.

Ignore. Problem fixed. Used recovery mode.
