Jailbreak iOS 8.4?

This may sound stupid but can iOS 8.4 be jailbroken WITHOUT any PC or a Mac? We recently moved in to another country so I don't have anything besides my iPhone 6. Again this may sound stupid but if it can be done, it would be a great help.

Far as I know - you need a computer to jailbreak.

You can not jailbreak without a computer, they just released a Mac edition jailbreak but you still need a computer

Oh? Then I guess I'll save money (again) for a Mac. It's because of 3G Unrestrictor why I want to. Thanks anyway
