Sent mail sound not working on Ipad Air

My 90 days are up for technical support from Apple and my sent mail sound doesn't work.
My new mail does, and I have reset everything, deleted my email account, then added it again. Still no sounds. They used to work before. Just got it Dec 5.
Anyone have suggestions?
