Push Notification Error?

Hey all,

Recently, I've had some problems involving push notifications. Apps such as Mini Golf Matchup, Snap Chat and textPlus aren't sending me proper push notifications. I haven't changed any of the settings, and checking in Settings -> Notifications, they're all set to how they should be. Basically, I'll get a text through the textPlus app, someone will challenge me in Mini Golf, or anything that would normally send me a notification will not. They don't appear in the Notification Centre, or on the lock screen when my device is locked. I'll go in and refresh the app and a bunch of notifications will pop up, and then the phone will vibrate letting me know I have one.

My phone is an iPhone 5 running 6.1.4.

Well, this issue has been going on for a bit now and I rebooted yesterday (for a different reason, but still).

I understand. Well, if you're up to it, back up your device and then restore it as new via iTunes.
