Beta profile installed? If so, remove beta profile and reinstall.

Yes. I have beta 3, but not 4. I keep checking and it keeps saying it’s up to date, but it’s 12.2 (16E5201e).

If I delete the beta profile, won’t I need to go back to the standard iOS and then redownload the profile and then beta 4 and install?

You can delete the profile. Device will stay on Beta 3 version and then you can easily install beta profile. Deleting, restarting, and install new beta profile should take 60 seconds or less. Really quick process to see if that is what is causing your update issue.

The beta profile is not the OS, the profile allows your device to accept the beta OS.

Having an issue accessing the remote app from the quick launch menu.

Going straight to the app it works. But from the quick launch I get this.
