Split Windows in IOS 11

In IOS 10 I have maybe 30-40 apps that I can choose from to stick in the split window function but it appears to me that once I open an app the only apps that I can use for the split windo feature are 1 of the 15 (max) in my dock! If this is correct I will have to be very careful about which apps I put in my dock.

Yes, the pull down that lists all possible apps to split seems to be gone. I think you can still drag recent apps into split view though.

That being said, I fixed the issue by putting Folders in my doc to maximize what I can drag from the dock to split screen!

I got the folders thing. You just got to make sure that the apps in the folder will work in split screen. But thanks cause this is helpful.
