iCloud password, how can I change it?

iCloud password

I have an iPhone 6 with an iCloud account linked to it, but the account is linked to someone else's email and they don't remember the password and can't recover it because they don't recognize the backup email... Long story short, I need to delete or remove the I cloud account without the security questions or email linked. I'm on iOS 9.3 (13E233) and the password pop up is so annoying and almost makes the phone unusable. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
