Why can't I see shared iCloud calendars?

My husband and I each have iPhones and share one iCloud account. Our daughter has a shared calendar for grandchildren activities, but only my husband's phone receives the activities. Why can't I see them too?

You should really both have your own IDs.

With that being said, make sure you have the proper calendar selected and the account configured properly.
