All my contacts are gone off my phone, how do i get them back

The contacts are still with outlook

Outlook.com? If so, delete that particular email account from the device then re-configure it on the device. Your email, notes, contacts, calendars, etcetera, should re-sync to your phone. I'm *assuming* you're using an iPhone.

Have you tried going to Settings >Mail, Contacts and Calendar > Outlook > Toggle contacts on. If they're on, toggle them off. Then back on. (Choose delete from phone).
