Transferring data from iPhone with iOS 7 to iPhone with iOS 10

Hi,
I'm currently using an iPhone 4 running iOS 7, and just got a new iPhone 6 Plus. The problem is that I've been using iCloud Drive on my iPad with iOS 10 for some years now, therefore my iPhone 4 hasn't been syncing with iCloud all this time. Is there any way I can move all my iPhone 4 data to my iPhone 6 without losing any data (videos, pictures, data from third-party apps, etc.)? What's the best solution to this problem given my situation?

Create an iCloud or an iTunes backup of your iPhone 4 and then restore that backup to your iPhone 6 Plus.
