How to set up e-mail filter on an iPhone 7

My mother owns an older iPhone7, and she is complaining about getting junk mail addressed to a "Stephanie" who apparently uses a very similar e-mail to her, but with a dot between the first letter and the rest.

I suggested setting up an e-mail filter so that if an e-mail comes in with "Stephanie" in the TO field it gets delivered either to trash or spam.
However, neither of us can figure out how to set that up using the built-in e-mail app.

I use an Android phone, so I'm not that familiar with iPhones and my mother isn't that computer literate. I've tried searching, but haven't found anything to let me do that, only how to block a specific sender. As a lot of this is spam, they have random fake addresses sot hat won't help us.

Could somebody give me a link on how to set up an e-mail filter to automatically delete anything with "Stephanie" in the "TO" field or post some instructions?

If your mother uses iCloud for email, you can also configure service-side rules. These work on Apple's servers, and they will run before the devices receive the message(s): https://support.apple.com/en-ca/guide/icloud/mm6b1a3f8a/icloud

Other providers like Google Mail and Outlook.com have similar features.
