Can’t hide Names from lock screen Notifications. Help!

Why can’t I hide names on lock screen notifications on iPhone 11 pro? Earlier I was able to , using xs max on ios 13 also. I tried “when undocked” but it still shows the name even if the phone is locked prior to face unlock
