How do you remove the "Do not disturb" out of the control center

I've accidentally put my phone on Do not Disturb. That button is in the Control Center and I've tried to remove it twice. It still shows up.

You can easily turn off Do Not Disturb either in Settings or control center. You will know if it’s off if the half moon disappears in your statues bar

Unfortunately Do Not Disturb cannot be removed from Control Center, only Do Not Disturb While Driving can be added or removed.

The button cannot be removed from control center.

So I'm not quite sure what you are saying here. You accidentally places your phone in DND. From the lock screen, scroll up. Press the white icon with the blue crescent shaped moon. DND will now be off.

That button is in the Control Center and I've tried to remove it twice. It still shows up.

As @metllicamilitia stated, it cannot be moved or deleted.
