How do you get the email notification sound

More info would help. Are you getting any other sounds to work? Is the mute switch on? Does the sound you want work when you choose it?

1. Go to Settings → Notifications→ Mail
2. Make sure that the toggle next to “Allow Notifications” is enabled.
3. Select the specific mail account.
4. Select “Sounds” and then choose an alert tone.
