Will the iPhone say "emergency call" if you dial #911 on it?

I'm just curious if you add a # to the left of 911 will the iPhone say "Emergency call" under it?

What difference does it make what it says on the screen? As long as there is a response and lives are saved, the name on screen should not matter.

If you have 911 in your contacts, it should show whatever name you use for that card. With mine, I could add "Emergency 911" to my favorites.
