CleanmyMac3 or ?

Can someone please tell me if it's recommended to use CleanmyMac3, or other similar fix-ups when one's computer is acting deranged?
I have used Malwarebytes, and just don't know if either, or both, or none is best.

Personally, I don't recommend any of that stuff. I've never installed any apps like the ones you've mentioned unless you want to count ClamAV among them. If your files are saved via the cloud or an external drive, why not just wipe the HD and then reinstall the OS and your programs/apps. Sure it's an inconvenience, but well worth it, in my opinion.
