Forward incoming texts to email/another number

I have an iPhone 4s as a company phone and I'm not an iPhone users. I'm forwarding the calls, but I'd like to have the texts forwarded also. Any help would be appreciated.

As far as I know texts can only be forwarded to another iOS device such as an iPhone user with an iPad when they're both on the same Wi-Fi.
