Iphone predictive text not working

Hi, I've been trying to find a answer how to turn on the predictive text function with my iphone 6, ios 10.
The only solutions I have found is to turn it on from settings, general, but there in the keyboard settings is no "predictive" buttom to push.
And I've tried to hold the emoji-buttom on my keyboard down but again no alternative of turning o the predictive text is shown.
I also have no "hidden" grey, small bar abow my keyboard.
What's wrong? Why can't I turn it on in any way?

There should be a button at the bottom of the keyboard settings. Settings>General>Keyboards. Scroll down. It's the next to last entry at the bottom. Can you upload a screenshot of what you're seeing?
