I am wanting a place to store my iPhone photos besides the photos spot on my Mac.

I want to free up photo space on my iPhone before my trip. But unfortunately, if I delete them off my phone, they are also deleted off my computer. I want somewhere I can save them that they are safe.

Upload them to a different cloud service like Microsoft's OneDrive or transfer them to an external hard drive / SD card.

Or you can make a backup of your photo library on your computer before deleting the pictures from your phone.
