'Block this caller' shows on my phone, not appearing wife's phone on ios 10.0.2?

My wife and I have shared contact lists (in fact, she input all the contacts, I just got her list) but for a certain contact the 'Block this caller' option appears on my contact but not on hers. Both of our iphones are same model (6) and up-to-date with ios 10.0.2. How do we fix this?

If it is just the one contact, write down his contact information, delete it on one of the phones.
Then go see if it is also deleted from the other phone. If not, delete it yourself.
Then create a new contact for that person and check if it also appears on the other iPhone.
Now go and check it Block This Caller is available for that contact on both the phones.
