White spinner when I wake phone/press home on 6s?

Twice a day or so, I get the white spinner when I press home to either wake my phone, or go back to home screen on my iPhone 6s. I think this only started happening in ios10. I have done a restore, but that didn't help. Any suggestions as to what might be causing this, or how to stop it?

Reboot your device or try restoring as new. There may have been an issue with your backup.
