I tunes Match & Cloud

When I go to preferences and check General I can not see the ICloud Music Library box which needs to be checked. It was previously there but now seems to have disappeared. as a result I am unable to update I Tunes Match. Can anyone help me please?

Hopefully someone with experience will chime in soon. I have used iTunes Match in a long while.

Its under Music not general.
