Not getting calls.

[iMore Question]

We have 2 iphone 6's. At one location we travel to we have full signals but on occasion we will not get a call. We have full signals but the phone will not ring, we don't get a missed call but will get a voice mail. The caller tells us it went straight to voice mail. We have no problems making calls and receive some calls at this location. Anyone else have this problem or advise on what to do? Thanks.

Honestly that sounds more like a carrier issue between towers and your phone rather than an issue with the phone. Id contact your cell phone carrier.
