If I turn on iCloud it says 708 photos will be removed. Does this mean they are gone forever?

I need to turn on iCloud to back up bbm before they restore my phone. It says if I turn on iCloud all photos synced from iTunes will be removed. I do not want to lose my photos. What do I do?

Try going to iCloud.com and singing in. You should be able to see all your photos in iCloud and download them to your computer. Also if "they" as in Apple is restoring your phone ask them the question. You'll get the best possible reply and information.
