Why does the Podcast app play in my car after asking Siri to set a reminder?

Iphone 6plus. Latest version of ios running. Bloody annoying!
Car is a mazda2 2015 model.

After asking siri to set a reminder (while connected to car with bluetooth) after siri is finished she starts twit.tv podcast app even if its not running, is this a bug

That is something that occurs in a lot of cars, especially if you have enabled "streaming via Bluetooth" or something similar. Disabling the toggle next to the podcast app via the cellular settings on the iPhone should remedy the problem.
