Predictive text won't work in message app

My iPhone 5s has stopped displaying predictive text banner above the keyboard. How can I get it back?

Maybe go in settings and go down to messaging and toggle on predictive text.

Welcome to iMore! Settings>General>Keyboard>Predictive. Turn it on and you will have it back!
