Why my iCloud Drive stuck on upgrading on my iPad ?

Ever since l have up dated my iPad ,l am having difficulty operating it....

I don't know, but any of the following could be the reason.

1. Slow or intermittent internet access.
2. Large file sizes
3. Low memory
4. Server issues on Apple's end
5. Other

You can either wait it out or reboot your iPad and see if the process resumes.
