My iPhone 6 does not show notifications when I try to pair it with my sync in car why?

Once I pair the device and you go to Bluetooth and open the sync with icon it's suppose to have show my notifications so you can turn it on mine does not have that

I don't know why? Have you read your vehicle's owners manual in regard to bluetooth pairing? Have you gone to the vehicle's support website, if applicable? It's possible that some capabilities are limited, depending on the vehicle and/or the capabilities of its hands-free system.
