how to not turn on screen when there's a notification (e. g LINE)

Is there any way i can turn off this feature? when theres a new message including LINE, the screen will turn on whether its in my pocket or not. i want it to be like in android. only the sounds come out without turning the screen on. iphone 6plus on iOS 9.0.2 Thanks

U could turn off lock sceen notifications in settings.

but i believe when i unlock the phone (showing the lock screen) then the notification be shown then. right?
